Following requests from members of our Parent Forum group we are delighted to inform you that we are introducing a new system allowing you to receive information and school letters direct to your personal email address.

Yes, that means no more searching for crumpled letters in bags or blazer pockets!

When you register you will be asked for your relationship to the school (parent, governor, member of staff), and which year group your child is in. We hope that as well as posting letters and information on the website we will also be able to send letters of interest direct to your own e-mail account.

The registration process is quick and easy to follow…

  • Click on ‘e-schoolmail parent sign up’
  • Complete all the details requested and click ‘Next’
  • A message will appear telling you that an email has been sent to you for verification
  • You must click on the verification link within 7 days to complete the process
  • Please see the important note below regarding ‘junk’ *

Once you have completed the verification process you will be eligible to receive school correspondence via email, although we plan to continue sending paper copies as well.

* Important note – if you have a web based email account such as Hotmail or Googlemail, your first school letter may be identified as SPAM. You may need to retrieve this from your ‘junk’ folder.
